1. Who we are

2. Information you choose to provide

• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, preferred position and work type, start date, availability, experience, and any additional information you submit.
• Catering requests: your name, email, phone number, event type, date, time, guest count, location or pickup plan, optional budget, food preferences, and any dietary, allergy, or other details you choose to include.
• Direct messages and orders: contact information and the details you provide when you call or email us or communicate about an order. An ordering provider may share information needed to prepare or fulfill your order.

Please provide only what is needed for your request. Do not put payment-card details, Social Security numbers, bank information, or identity documents into our website forms. You may call us to discuss a dietary request instead of writing personal health details in a form.

3. How we use and handle submissions

We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, discuss catering, evaluate job applications, communicate about orders, and maintain related business records. Submitting an inquiry or job application does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.

Our job and catering forms submit to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and sends it to our business Gmail inbox. FormSubmit, email service providers, and staff handling the request may process or access the information needed for that purpose. FormSubmit may show its own spam check before completing a submission. See FormSubmit’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or a legal claim. We do not add customer submissions to public pages on this website.

4. Cart choices and browser storage

The planning cart saves item choices, quantities, options, and any notes in your browser’s local storage. This lets the cart remain available when you return using the same browser. Adding an item does not send that cart to us or to an ordering platform.

Use the cart’s “Clear cart” control to remove saved selections, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Avoid putting sensitive information in cart notes, particularly on a shared device. Copying your choices places the summary on your device’s clipboard only when you use the copy control. Completing an order requires a separate phone call or checkout with an ordering provider.

5. Technical information, fonts, and cookies

Our hosting and security services may process ordinary connection information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to serve and protect the website. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information needed to deliver those fonts. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

The current website does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Its planning cart uses local storage rather than a cart cookie. External services you visit, including FormSubmit, checkout services, and social networks, may use their own cookies and storage under their own policies. Browser settings let you control cookies and site data; clearing or blocking local storage may prevent your cart from being remembered.

6. Ordering, payment, maps, and social links

Ordering links take you to separate services, including our linked Square ordering destination, DoorDash, and Uber Eats. Those services collect order and payment information through their own checkout systems. This website does not take card payments or store card details. Cart selections do not automatically transfer to those services.

Links to maps, Facebook, Instagram, or other external sites also take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Review the policy of the service you use. This policy covers our website and the information our business receives; it does not replace an external provider’s policy.

7. Keeping information

Business emails, applications, catering inquiries, and order-related records may be retained as needed to handle the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Local cart data remains in your browser until you clear it, the site replaces it, or your browser removes it. No online service or email system can guarantee complete security.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your records. We will review and respond subject to applicable law and any recordkeeping requirements. Requests about information held independently by an ordering or other service should also be directed to that service.

9. Children

Our forms are intended for people able to submit business inquiries or employment applications. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

10. Updates to this policy

If our website or information-handling practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using previously collected information in a materially different way.
