1. Our business and this website

This website is operated by My Mama’s Big Back Food Truck in Ithaca, New York. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Please use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us.

2. Menu, prices, and availability

Menu items, portions, prices, hours, specials, and availability may change. Website prices are estimates before applicable taxes and extras unless stated otherwise. Confirm the items, final total, and pickup or delivery details with the truck or the ordering provider before completing an order. Delivery-platform prices and fees may differ.

3. Planning cart and online ordering

The cart on this website is a planning tool. Adding items, choosing sides, or copying a summary does not send an order, reserve food, or take payment. Cart choices are stored in your browser and do not automatically transfer to another service.

Our ordering links take you to a separate checkout or delivery service, including the linked Square ordering destination, DoorDash, or Uber Eats. Select and confirm your items there. Your order is placed only through the ordering service’s completed process or when our team confirms a phone order. The provider’s terms, fees, payment process, and privacy policy apply to your use of that provider.

4. Changes, cancellations, and order problems

If you need to change or cancel an order, or something is missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at (607) 479-7608. Please have your receipt or order number available. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. The ability to change, cancel, replace, or refund an order depends on its preparation status, the circumstances, the ordering provider’s process, and applicable law.

For orders placed through a delivery or payment platform, also use that platform’s order-help process when required. These terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Food allergies and dietary requests

Tell our team about food allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Menu descriptions and photos do not list every ingredient. Food may be prepared with shared equipment or in shared areas, so we cannot guarantee that an item is free of allergens. An online note is a request; confirm any allergy-related accommodation directly with our team.

6. Catering inquiries

Submitting our catering form requests information or a quote. It does not book an event or guarantee availability. Menu, pricing, service details, any payment requirements, and any cancellation terms must be agreed with our team before a booking is confirmed.

7. Job applications and messages

Submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Send only information relevant to your inquiry or application. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, banking information, or identity documents through our website forms. Our Privacy Policy explains how form submissions are handled.

8. Website content and acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit spam or deceptive information, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Website branding, text, and photographs belong to their respective owners. Personal browsing and sharing links are welcome; commercial reuse of our original content requires permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but website availability and error-free content are not guaranteed.

9. Updates

We may update these terms when our website or services change. The current version and its effective date will appear on this page. Any terms specifically agreed for a confirmed order or catering booking remain applicable to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
